Scooby To Doo It Again Live-action flick Scooby
Doo may have been critically panned, but movie producers are so
pleased with last weekend's box office earnings that they're working
on a sequel. Warner Brothers announced on Monday that Freddie
Prinze, Jr.,Sarah Michelle Gellar, Linda Cardellini and Matthew
Lillard would all return for the second installment, which is
set for a 2004 release. "Certainly the success of the opening
exceeds our highest expectations." Last weekend, the antics
of computer generated Scooby and his pals Fred, Daphne, Velma
and Shaggy generated $54.2 million at the U.S. box office.
